This is a private reference site, not a government office. We cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or retrieve an official record.

Contact the agency that owns the record or status. An ordinary Sanpete County Jail booking belongs with the Sheriff, while a state-prison sentence or current UDC supervision belongs with Utah corrections. Court staff can address court records, but a court entry does not supply the jail's exact departure time.

Use the current street address or PO Box 130, and call before hand delivery. The Sheriff's Record Release Form is the route for an existing booking or release log. Ask for the actual release time, reason, and destination so a transfer is not mistaken for community release.
- For a released county detainee or county booking record, start with the Sanpete County search and records path and the Sheriff's records contact.
- For recent departures, no public rolling feed was verified. Use Jail Releases: 24 Hours for the official fallback process.
- For a state prisoner or a person currently under state supervision, use the UDC Offender Search. The Inmate Placement Program can be reached at 801-545-5558.
- For parole or probation routing, Utah Adult Probation and Parole can be reached at 801-545-5908. Use its current regional map for Sanpete's assigned office.
- For a CUCF facility question, contact Central Utah Correctional Facility at 255 East 300 North, Gunnison, UT 84634, or 435-528-6000.
- For a Utah Board hearing, decision, or parole record, contact the Board at 448 East Winchester Street, Suite 300, Murray, UT 84107, or 801-261-6464, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays.
- For a federal sentence use the Bureau of Prisons locator; for present immigration detention use the ICE locator. Neither replaces a Sanpete County release record.
